Telo Protocol was built on a single idea: recovery at the cellular level should not be reserved for clinics and elite athletes.

For decades, hyperbaric oxygen therapy has sat behind hospital walls and in the training rooms of the top one percent. Ninety-minute sessions at two hundred dollars a visit. Schedules run by someone else. Progress measured by someone else.

We built Telo Protocol for the person who has already outgrown that model. You track your own sleep. Your own HRV. Your own bloodwork. You understand that the cells repairing you tonight determine the body you live in at eighty. You do not need a prescription to take your recovery seriously.

Telo brings clinical-grade pressurized oxygen therapy into your home — engineered for daily use, built to outlast you, designed to disappear into the background of a serious longevity practice.

Welcome to your cellular baseline.

The Telo Protocol chamber
The Founder

He didn't set out to build a company. He set out to solve his own problem.

In 2021, after a year of heavy training and a persistent injury that wouldn't clear, Markus Laine started driving two hours round-trip to a clinic in Helsinki to sit in a hyperbaric chamber three times a week. The sessions worked. The logistics did not.

Between the drive, the cost, and a waiting list run by a receptionist, he was spending roughly twelve hours and six hundred euros a week to run a protocol he could have done at home — if anything worth owning had existed.

It did not. Consumer soft-shells topped out below therapeutic pressure. Clinical hard-shells ran fifty thousand euros and required a medical license to operate. Nothing was built for the individual who wanted to run real protocols, at home, on their own schedule, to a standard they could defend.

So Markus spent the next three years working with a medical-device engineering team in Europe to build the chamber he had been looking for. Telo Protocol is what they built. We sell it now because the people around him kept asking where they could get one.

Engineering

Built to the standard of the chambers you can't buy.

Every specification below is non-negotiable. If a component couldn't meet the standard, we built around it or did not ship.

1.5 ATA
Therapeutic Pressure
Reaches and sustains clinically referenced pressure at 1.5 atmospheres absolute — the threshold most hyperbaric research on recovery, neuroplasticity, and cellular repair operates at.
50,000+
Pressurization Cycles
Shell and seams independently tested to over fifty thousand full pressurization cycles — more than ten years of daily use before the first projected maintenance interval.
ISO 13485
Medical-Device Quality
Manufactured under an ISO 13485-aligned quality system, the same framework governing the production of surgical implants, infusion pumps, and clinical imaging hardware.
Triple-Layer
Welded Construction
Three-layer reinforced polymer shell with medical-grade welded seams — not stitched, not glued. Independently pressure-verified to two times operating pressure before leaving the floor.
Redundant
Safety Systems
Two independent pressure-relief pathways, real-time internal monitoring, and a single-action emergency decompression lever accessible from inside the chamber without tools.
Silent
Operation
Compressor unit isolated from the chamber with sound-dampened housing. In-use volume measured at the chamber wall is below the noise floor of a modern refrigerator.
Who It's For

Engineered for the serious.

Telo Protocol was not built for a general wellness audience. It was built for a specific person — the one whose recovery is not optional, who already runs their life by data, and who chose to bring the clinic home.

"I've spent eight years testing recovery protocols with professional endurance athletes. Telo is the first at-home chamber I've recommended without caveats. It hits therapeutic pressure, it's engineered for daily loading, and the team actually understands what athletes need it to do."

Dr. Annika Voss Sports Medicine Physician · Zurich

"My morning stack is blood work every ninety days, zone-two on the bike, heavy lifting twice a week, and a forty-five minute Telo session before the day starts. HRV is up fourteen points since I started. I'd pay ten thousand again without thinking about it."

J. Mäkinen Founder · SaaS, 47

"I run a longevity practice and I've been inside every major chamber on the market. Telo is the only one I'd put in my own house. Build quality is closer to a medical device than a consumer product, and that matters when you're using it three hundred times a year."

The Team

A small group of engineers, clinicians, and users who will not ship anything they would not own.

Telo Protocol is nine people. A founder who drove to clinics for a year. A medical-device engineering lead who spent fifteen years building infusion systems before joining us. A hyperbaric medicine advisor who consults on protocol design. A manufacturing team based in Europe. Two customer engineers who install, tune, and support every chamber personally.

We are not a factory putting our name on someone else's shell. We do not outsource support. We do not take commissions. Every person on the team uses the chamber. Every person answers email directly.

A ten-thousand-euro decision deserves a real conversation. If you are evaluating Telo — for yourself, for a clinic, for a high-performance team — we would rather get on a call than send a brochure.
