He didn't set out to build a company. He set out to solve his own problem.

Kimmo Kokkonen - once-burnt-out serial entrepreneur who spent most of his adult life taking his own recovery seriously. Sauna, sleep, cold, bloodwork, breathwork. Hyperbaric was the logical next step.

 

In 2021, he started driving to the nearest clinic in Helsinki. Forty-five minutes each way, twice a week, most of it in winter darkness.

 

The sessions worked. The logistics did not.

 

The hyperbaric protocol worth running - the one the research is actually built on - run at five sessions a week. Twice was a compromise with traffic, not science. Five sessions of ninety minutes, plus the drive: over fifteen hours a week. Not really sustainable with 3 companies and a toddler at home. 

 

Something that demanding has to be at home. Otherwise it doesn't happen.

 

Nothing on the market was built for it: soft-shells were poor quality and hard-shells at fifty thousand dollars and a medical license to operate didn't make it accessible. 

 

So he spent three years with a Finnish engineering team - the same network that's built medical-grade equipment out of this country for forty years - building the chamber he'd been looking for.

Our Mission

For decades, hyperbaric oxygen therapy has lived behind hospital walls and in the training rooms of the top one percent. Ninety-minute sessions at two hundred bucks a visit, scheduled around somebody else's calendar and measured by somebody else's clock.
