The 30-Day Evaluation
Every Telo chamber ships with a 30-day trial period. If, after using it for a month, you decide it's not for you, we'll arrange a pickup and refund your purchase in full - less the outbound and return freight costs noted below.
When the 30 days starts
Day 1 is the day the chamber is delivered to your address, not the day you ordered it. Shipping delays don't count against your evaluation window.
What we refund
- The chamber purchase price
- Applicable taxes
What we don't refund
- Original outbound freight ($495)
- Return pickup and freight ($395, billed at the point of return)
- Chambers that have been modified, damaged beyond reasonable wear, or returned missing components
After the 30 days
Past the guarantee window, the chamber is yours. We don't process returns beyond day 30 - but our support doesn't stop. Onboarding check-ins continue through day 60, and if the habit slips or something breaks, our team is available to help you restart.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your chamber arrives with any damage, missing parts, or manufacturing defect, email hello@teloprotocol.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost, including expedited freight where needed.
How to start a return
Email hello@teloprotocol.com with your order number and a short note on why you're returning. We'll schedule a freight pickup within 3 business days. Please repack the chamber in its original crate; if the crate has been discarded, we'll provide a replacement for $150.
When your refund lands
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned chamber. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank posting typically takes another 3–7 days depending on your card issuer.
Financing
If you financed through Affirm, Klarna, or a similar provider, we refund Telo directly and your financing provider adjusts your balance. Any interest already paid is handled per the financing provider's own policy.
Warranty
The return policy is separate from the 3-year limited manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Parts replaced under warranty ship free within the continental US. Full warranty terms are in a separate document included with every order.
